We ship to all over the world.
(Exclude conflict areas. If you are unable to select an address, please contact us.)
Shipping costs, Time of arrival
Shipping fee will be calculated if you put in the cart and add the address.
After shipping, items will arrive in 2-7 days. But, Larger items are likely to be shipped via EMS, which takes 1-2 weeks.
All of the above are expected days. We do not guarantee them.
We ship within 7 business days.
(Saturday, Sunday, Japan's public holiday is day off.)
If you do not receive the Item
If you do not receive the Item, we start the survey after one month after Item dispatch. A result of the survey, if that is not received is found, to refund the full amount.
As long as you purchase with PayPal, you can be protected by PayPal.
Payment
About Custom duties and VAT and other tax
Import Custom duties, VAT, other taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We ships from Japan. Therefore, there is a case in which take VAT and customs in each country. VAT and customs duties should the purchaser pay. We do not perform under value and do not mark 'gift'.
Taxes for shipments to the United States are calculated automatically and paid at checkout.
Returns
Returns
If you within 14 days after arrival, to accept the returned items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-opened package and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact within 14 days of arrival even if you think that the initial failure.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to paypal, within a certain amount of days.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Return Shipping
To return your items, you should mail your product to: #401 Ogawa-heim, 1-25-5 Asakusabashi, Taito-ku Tokyo, JAPAN 111-0053 (near Akihabara :)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
